1. Platform के बारे में

JodhpurA2Z (jodhpura2z.com) जोधपुर, राजस्थान का एक local business directory और community platform है। यह platform businesses, users, और community को connect करता है।

2. Account और Registration

Account बनाने के लिए valid Indian phone number जरूरी है
एक person एक account ही बना सकता है
Account की security आपकी responsibility है
गलत information देना account ban का कारण बन सकता है

3. Business Listings

Free listing में basic information listed होती है
केवल actual business owners ही listing claim कर सकते हैं
Fake या misleading listings तुरंत remove की जाएंगी
Premium listings के लिए subscription लेनी होगी
Admin को किसी भी listing को approve/reject करने का अधिकार है

4. Reviews और Ratings

Reviews genuine experience पर based होने चाहिए
Fake reviews, paid reviews या competitor को नुकसान पहुंचाने के लिए reviews प्रतिबंधित हैं
Abusive, offensive या defamatory content हटाया जाएगा
Platform review content के लिए legally liable नहीं है

5. Prohibited Activities

Spam या unsolicited messages भेजना
Platform को hack या scrape करना
Fake businesses या fake users बनाना
Illegal products/services promote करना
Personal information without consent share करना

6. Payments और Refunds

Premium subscriptions non-refundable हैं once activated
Payment processor (Razorpay) की terms भी apply होती हैं
Technical issues के case में refund 7 business days में process होगा

JodhpurA2Z listed businesses का endorsement नहीं करता। Business की quality, availability, और pricing verify करना user की responsibility है। हम transactions के लिए liable नहीं हैं।
